We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase... In addition to your statutory rights will gladly offer you the choice of an exchange, replacement, store credit or refund* (see terms below) where products are returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. BREAKAGE OR INCORRECT ORDER
We do our best to make sure all products are checked and boxes well packed in order to make it safely to their new home. If any breakage or damage do occur be assured our local customer service team will be on hand to provide the solution that best fits your needs. Please send photos /images via email to admin@mitakitchenware.com of damaged product within 3 days of receiving product to allow us investigate and assist as soon as possible.
Please be aware that all items are thoroughly inspected by our professional quality management team prior to shipment to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, we take photographs and record videos of all products before they are sent out.
CUSTOM, SALE, BUNDLED + DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Any items that are purchased at a sale, bundled, custom made or discounted price are not able to be returned or exchanged.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Domestic)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Used, damaged packaging products shall not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@mitakitchenware.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We endeavour to respond to all emails and enquiries on the same business day. Please allow us up to 72 hours to respond as we may have a backlog following a weekend, sale or public holiday. Rest assured, we will respond to you ASAP.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately via chatbox or admin@mitakitchenware.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
MITA KITCHENWARE reserves the right to refuse a refund due to no fault, if you change your mind for orders delivered. All faulty products will receive free delivery using an eParcel within Australia only. Postage costs will be the responsibility of customer outside of Australia.
NOTE RETURN DOES NOT MEAN REFUND IT MAY MEAN EXCHANGE. IT WILL BE ASSESSED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
What can I return?

- ✗ Any products due to change of mind.
- ✗ Products on clearance, special promotion.
- ✗ Damaged caused by wear and tear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and promotional orders/items or gift cards.
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
We will authorise a refund, replacement or store credit if we are unable to replace goods that are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
For refund requests, kindly send us an email with your request an image of product with your order number.
The safety of the goods is your responsibility until it reaches us. Ensure you include the Return invoice with your parcel and shall you be required to declare the value of the parcel, kindly mention the same value as it is mentioned on the Return invoice enclosed to the parcel you have received & clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’. Shall you misplace such invoice, please advise us.
*Terms & Conditions: all goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Please note that there will be a return/restock fee of $20 if return/refund/credit is accepted, that of which will come off amount purchased/restocked.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
