General Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-3 business days for handling. Our standard delivery timing will vary according to multiple factors such as location, shipping partner availability, as well as peak periods and other potential unforeseen factors.
We ship via Sendle and now Australia Post to Australian shipping addresses.
We now ship International to the following countries using DHL International.
U.S.
Canada
United Emirates
Singapore
New Zealand
United Kingdom
If we notice multiple consecutive orders were placed to the same shipping address, we will endeavour to combine the shipping where possible and refund any excess charges. However on certain circumstances where it is not possible to combine the shipping, we will have to ship on separate deliveries.
Heavy Item Surcharges
Due to the nature of products being sold, some bulky and/or heavy items such as cookware and large dinnerware sets will come with surcharges which will be included as part of the delivery fee. This is due to nature of delivery taking into account volume size instead of just weight. We Ship heavy duty items via DHL express or Fedex. Costs are calculated at checkout and determined by our shipping companies.
Local Deliveries
Local deliveries are subject to qualifying locations within Melbourne Metro which will be determined at checkout .You will be offered a selection of local delivery if your shipping address qualifies.
Heavy item surcharge from carriers may still apply.

International Shipping
At Mita Kitchenware we want to share our exclusive collections with you and are delighted to offer international shipping to countries including the U.S., Canada, United Emirates, Singapore New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Please be mindful that Australia is a remote country and therefore shipping charges are high for us. We absorb some of those shipping costs for your order and try to reduce the shipping fees as much as we can. Shipping times are only an estimate, and Mita Kitchenware does not take responsibility if actual shipping times differ to that advised. If shipping is not offered to your country please email us at admin@mitakitchenware.com and we will endeavour to find a way to ship to you.

Return to Sender
Mita Kitchenware does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If your tracking number states that the parcel has been delivered, please first check with your local post office (either by phone or dropping into the local post office before contacting us. Alternatively contact your local DHL with your tracking number or enter the tracking information into their website. www.dhl.com.
Incorrect address/Responsibility for secure addresses & collection of Parcels.
If you accidentally have provided the wrong address please email us immediately admin@mitakitchenware.com. Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the order to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.The address can only be changed if your has not been shipped.
Mita Kitchenware takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur to your order.
Import Liabilities, Customs, Duties and Taxes.
For international order, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as AU GST/VAT. We ship to all overseas countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means Taxes and Duties are calculated upon arrival to your country of destination and will vary pending your order value and the items purchased. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of these are necessary to release your order from customs arrival.
Please note MiTA Kitchenware does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country.MiTA Kitchenware does not accept any responsibility for custom delays, duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, unfortunately delays by custom agents are beyond our control. Under no circumstances will MiTA Kitchenware accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Mita Kitchenware is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure that they are aware that they will be liable for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would strongly advise you to check the import charges applicable in any country before placing an order on our products to be delivered there.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
For international customers that pay import duties and tax costs on their order- either by carrier or import broker appointed by you, please be aware that when you return an item back to us- as per our Returns Policy, you will be refunded the item amount (if accepted) but you will not be refunded any import duties and tax costs.
